Hallo! Welcome to my first awkward blog post. As per tradition I am going to try to introduce myself in a sufficiently succinct manner. Hailing from Ireland and relocated in Brussels, I am a formally trained engineer working as a food technologist. Confused? I am too. Anyway the intention for this blog is to document little pleasures and peculiarities in my new life as I establish it here in Belgium.
