Delicious.
It was easy to access by public transport- The no:1 line to Montgomery and then transferred to Meiser Station via tram line 25 and the instructor was most interesting and helpful- a real chocolate aficionado as evidenced by his lovely little pot belly! The workshop includes a brief cocoa bean history lesson, chocolate demonstrations, audience participation and wrapping of our creations. Here are a few quick pictures:

Afterwards we went for a coffee and a nice chat in a very local pub! Courses are highly recommended-proper chocolate therapy!
